Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and onboarding. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.
You agree not to use PayFlamingo for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to money laundering, financing illegal activities, or attempting to bypass system security. Any such activity may result in immediate account suspension and legal action under applicable laws.
All transactions processed through PayFlamingo are subject to verification, internal risk checks, and banking partner approvals. We reserve the right to delay, hold, reverse, or cancel transactions if suspicious activity or regulatory concerns are identified.
While PayFlamingo aims to provide uninterrupted service with high availability, we do not guarantee continuous access at all times. Service disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party failures, or banking downtime.
Certain services offered by PayFlamingo may be subject to transaction fees, platform charges, or other applicable costs. All fees will be transparently communicated prior to processing any transaction.
PayFlamingo reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if there is a violation of these Terms, misuse of services, or breach of applicable laws or regulations.
PayFlamingo shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including losses caused by banking delays or third-party system failures.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of PayFlamingo after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
